Information for Registration

One in every 1000 ONLINE registrations will receive a voucher for 2 nights in the 4 **** HOTEL THERME LAA SUPERIOR for 1 person including an ample Activity breakfast buffet and relaxation in the exclusive separate hotel spa and in the spacious Therme Laa.

The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants for organizational reasons.

An early registration assures your spot in the run!

Pre-registration deadline:
April 30, 2010, or as soon as the maximum number of participants has been reached.

Late registrations:
On May 29, 2010 from 10 am until 6 pm if places are still available.

Online registration was closed on April 14, 2010, 8.31pm.

We are sorry if you could not get a regular race number for the Austrian dm Women's Run 2010. We had to limit the number of participants to 21,100 (3,000 more than last year) to ensure a quality event for all participants.

Yet, there is still the possibility of placing your name on a waiting list to receive a race number for the Austrian dm Women's Run 2010.
Placing your name on the waiting list is no guarantee for a race number for the Austrian dm Women's Run 2010. It only gives you the theoretical possibility of receiving a race number which has become vacant.

We will inform you via e-mail as soon as a race number has become vacant for you. Vacant race numbers are awarded in the order in which your personal data were registered on the waiting list. No recourse to the courts.

For any subsequent changes to your personal data, a fee of EUR 6 will be charged.

The entry fee includes the Women's Run T-shirt (original NIKE DriFIT in tapered ladies style), a € 39 value, the keepsake medallion, drinks along the course and at the finish line, the festival and warm-up program, 20% VAT, a goody bag with many products and vouchers from our sponsors and partners, a rose at the finish, and the program and results booklet.

Thanks to our sponsors, it is possible to keep the entry fee to a minimum, as the total costs per runner are nearly twice as high.

PLEASE NOTE

• If you are unable to participate for any reason, withdrawal from registration is not possible and there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee.
• The costs of unauthorized charge backs (bank charges and processing fee) will be charged by the organizer.
• Duplicate registrations (e.g. form and internet) will be charged twice

All participants who have pre-registered by April 30, 2010, will receive from us via e-mail (when registering please make sure to provide the current e-mail address!) prior to the event a registration confirmation and a program booklet!

When picking up your race number, please present the registration confirmation and a form of ID.

After you complete registration, please use the online query to verify, that your application has been successful.

Time keeper: Pentek timing with ChampionChip.

NO TIME WITHOUT A CHIP! WITOUT A TIME, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO COMPETE AS A TEAM!

If you do not have your own ChampionChip yet, you can rent one when you pick up your race number.

If you just want to rent a chip, please deposit € 10 (€ 7 refundable deposit + € 3 rental fee) and you will receive a chip usable for only the Austrian dm Women's Run® 2010. Immediately after the event, the € 7 deposit will be refunded with the return of the chip.

However, for € 33 you may also purchase at this event your own yellow ChampionChip. This chip can be used worldwide. It is not possible to return the chip later.

Since the ChampionChip is registered to a single individual, the chip is non-transferable. The chip is digitally linked to the personal data of its owner, and the use of somebody else's chip will result in you not appearing on the list of results!

If you would like to use your own chip at the event, you must indicate your chip number at registration.

ChampionChip in the Women's Run design
Since the anniversary in 2007, there is a new yellow ChampionChip in the Women's Run design with the blue Women's Run logo. This chip can also be ordered prior to the event for € 30 at the Pentek Timing Chip Shop and can also be used worldwide.
