Location: Vienna, Prater

Distances:
- 5k classic and international ‘women's track'
- 5k Nordic Walking
- 10k run

Course: Both circuits are flat, with the 5k course ideally suited for beginners.

All women and girls. It does not matter if you are a beginner, a hobby runner or an active runner (with or without club affiliation) the 5k distance is suitable for everyone (women only!).

• Walking is allowed. 
• For those who prefer walking, there is a Nordic Walking competition. 
• There are no time limits.

• The event will take place rain or shine.
• Race numbers must be worn clearly visible on the chest and cannot be changed.
• The course is clearly marked and there are course markers along the route.
• Medical: Workers' Samaritan Federation [Arbeiter Samariter Bund]
• The organizer assumes no liability for damages to persons (in particular for injuries) or property.
• The run is registered with the Austrian Athletics Federations (ÖLV no.: 1020/10).
